TOP Tuesday, February 17th,  2009 - 8:00 p.m. MARK McCANDLISH Black Projects and Unusual Technology Mark McCandlish grew up with an interest in aircraft and other modes of transportation, from an early age. He joined the Air Force and later made use of the G.I. Bill to attend Art Center College of Design. He later worked for a short time in the Hollywood special effects business as a matte artist, and then was hired by the General Dynamics Corporation in Pomona, California as a technical illustrator and technical publications editor. During this time, Mark also was given the opportunity to participate in a number of media orientation rides in frontline U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard fighters, such as the F-15 Eagle and the F-16 Fighting Falcon. In 1986, McCandlish became aware that the U.S. military was in possession of some extraordinary technologies, and began to pursue his own private research into where it came from and how it works. The research led to many strange events and encounters. Mark will be sharing his most intriguing stories from his tenure working in the twilight world of futuristic military aircraft. JOE LEWELS Rulers of the Earth: Secrets of the Sons of God Dr. Joe Lewels book, Rulers of the Earth: Secrets of the Sons of God, is the remarkable story of one man’s search for answers to the world’s greatest mysteries, and how he rediscovered a shocking truth that ancient mystics knew all too well: that the earth is ruled, not by humans, but by beings of a higher order who created the physical reality we live in, who seeded life on earth and other worlds, and who watch our progress from behind a veil of secrecy. Throughout the ages, they have been called by many names: angels, gods, archons, guardians, custodians and even Sons of God. Today, we call them extraterrestrials or aliens. But whatever we choose to call them, they have always operated with impunity from the fringes of human reality to mold and shape our destiny. Contact with them has nearly always caused humans to see them as divine messengers and to create religious cults, some of which have become the world’s greatest religions. The rediscovery of the Sons of God began with a scientific investigation into the so-called “alien abduction phenomenon” in 1993. It led the author into a labyrinth of secret paths into the human psyche and to a new understanding of the true nature of reality. To conduct a thorough investigation, the author became accredited as a hypnotherapist and worked with his co-researcher to unlock the mysteries held in the suppressed memories of those experiencing contact. During this period, the author was drawn into a journey of self-discovery as he explored his own highly-personal hypnotic regression into past lives. Much to his amazement, what he discovered led him to the shores of the Dead Sea and a pilgrimage to Qumran, the site at which the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered hidden in caves in 1947. DAVID JACOBS Hybrids: New Research into the Integration Program David M. Jacobs, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of History at Temple University in Philadelphia, specializing in 20th Century American History and Culture. In 1973, Dr. Jacobs completed his dissertation in field of Intellectual History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, on the controversy over unidentified flying objects in America. This was the second Ph.D. degree ever granted in the U.S. involving a UFO-related theme. Dr. Jacobs is one of the foremost UFO abduction researchers in the world. He has worked with over 140 abductees, conducting nearly 900 hypnotic regressions. Using his extensive primary research, he developed the first scientific typology of abductions. He has amassed over 38 years of primary research data and analytical hypotheses on the subject of UFOs and alien abduction. Dr. Jacobs' breakthrough 1992 book, Secret Life: Firsthand Accounts of UFO Abductions is the most complete exposition of the structure and meaning of the abduction phenomenon yet published. His next book, The Threat, published in 1998, presented some very provocative ideas about the alien abduction program and what the motives behind it might be. In 2000, Jacobs edited UFOs and Abductions: Challenging the Borders of Knowledge. This book features papers by ten noted authors writing about the UFO/Abduction phenomenon. It is notable because its target readership is the academic community. More recently, Dr. Jacobs has been looking into the subject of human-alien hybrids. Since 2003, he has been focusing on what he refer to as the “Hybrid Integration Program.” Dr. Jacobs will be presenting us with a rather startling talk about advances in the program that he’s come across in his research. He is President and founder of Integrity Research Institute and formerly the Research Director for Scott Aviation-ATO, Inc. His accomplishments include circuit development of the HullCom® for naval intraship communication, a narrowband 60 Hz gauss meter without harmonic distortion, two bioelectric energy devices, and a dental mercury vapor ionizer-precipitator. He is the author of the following titles: Zero Point Energy: The Fuel of the Future Harnessing the Wheelwork of Nature (on Nikola Tesla) The Future of Energy: An Emerging Science The Homopolar Handbook Electrogravitics Systems Bioelectromagnetic Healing Future Energy, Energetic Processes (Editor) He has also served as an expert witness and has appeared on CNN, A&E, and the Discovery Channel. Dr. Valone will be speaking to us about the energy systems of UFOs and attempts to duplicate this technology for use by human societies. Magnetism is the only force in nature not directly harnessed for energy usage. While some UFO reports describe permanent magnet-powered craft, building a practical replication is often very elusive. Past projects undertaken include the N-Machine (homopolar generator) and the Searl Effect Generator (SEG), as well as the Paulsen Mu Disk, and the Concrete Butterfly--all of which have UFO origins. The latest Magnetic Energy Converter (MEC) project in Russia fits the Paulsen description and may be leading to free energy from magnets. The findings and test results of the MEC Magnetic Motor Reproduction Project will be discussed, along with an overview and history of promising designs. Valone will give us a description of the historical UFO connection to the study of electrogravitics, which is the subject of two of his books. He will speak about electro kinetics and a ground breaking Norton AFB demonstration of this technology.
