He was an early NICAP investigator where he worked with Donald Keyhoe, and Chairman of a NICAP chapter in Kansas City, MO. He is a retired teacher and school administrator, a Navy veteran, and a published author. In 1994, with a map from a rancher, he visited the site on the Plains of San Augustin, New Mexico, 165 miles west of Roswell, where some believe a UFO crashed in July, 1947. There he found a phenomenal amount of physical material and had it scientifically analyzed, including seven kinds of unusual foil containing high levels of silicon, iron and manganese which are unknown to the foil industry. Much of this compelling research is documented in his book, UFO Crash at San Augustin. Now Art has gone beyond field research with his groundbreaking exploration into the possible role of President Eisenhower in the UFO phenomenon. It was February, 1955. Gasoline was 23 cents a gallon, the minimum wage was 75 cents an hour and President Eisenhower was in the 3rd year of his first term. The world was poised on the brink of international crisis: Eisenhower had just threatened the Red Chinese that if they invade Formosa (Taiwan), they face the threat of nuclear war. Our allies were concerned and angry, and the Russians were ready to explode their first megaton H-bomb. With all this international tension, what does the leader of the free world do? He goes bird hunting in Georgia! At least, that was the cover story. What really happened may be something else entirely, something involving off-world national security issues. Through his diligent research, Art Campbell has tracked down eye-witnesses that support the claim that Eisenhower actually detoured to New Mexico’s Holloman Air Force base. Was it a coincidence that on that very day, the base radar was shut down and two UFOs were seen coming low into the air base? Art has lectured for many UFO groups throughout the years, and has been a featured guest on dozens of radio shows. Art even met President Harry Truman in 1958, and Donald Keyhoe's subsequent letter to President Truman opens Mr. Campbell's UFO book. TOP Tuesday, February 19th,  2008 - 8:00 p.m. GEORGE LOBUONO The Alien Mind George LoBuono is a writer and investigative researcher. After studying US history in graduate school, he traveled the world and worked as a freelance reporter and essayist. Author of books on various topics, his latest book, Alien Mind – a Primer, quotes human contactees and informative aliens in a startling new exploration of the thoughts and assumptions of our extraterrestrial neighbors. George LoBuono will present his conclusions on aliens based on his telepathic communications and published UFO/abductee material. He claims his initial contact with aliens began in 1995 with a group known as the Elders, who reproduce by cloning. Later he began communications with the "hyperversal" aliens, a more advanced race who told him that they came from a previous universe cycle from over 13 billion years ago, and helped to engineer the current universe into being. While there are different alien groups visiting Earth, LoBuono believes that their main theme is "universal ecology." Their thought processes are along social lines--a kind of group think, which he thinks can sometimes lead to abuse in a "Big Brother" fashion.  The aliens are physical in nature, he continued, but the universal standard is for non-sexual reproduction, which allows for precise population control and a reduction of territoriality. The first of two volumes that explore the national security dimensions of the UFO phenomena. The book includes records from more than fifty military bases relating to violations of sensitive airspace by unknown objects, demonstrating that the U.S. military has taken UFO's very seriously indeed. Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell called Dolan’s book “monumental”—and Dolan’s presentation at MUFON LA will be equally impressive. Dolan believes recovered alien technology is in the possession of powerful private multinational interests, who may also be pulling the strings of the U.S. government and other governments across the world. He speculates that former President George H. W. Bush may have knowledge about UFO's. However, he believes the responsibility for “the UFO problem” was formally removed from the Office of the President in 1969. According to Dolan, multinational corporations have subverted our traditional constitutional government in order to protect the knowledge that they have acquired about UFO's and alien technology. Such technology includes fiber optics, lasers and integrated circuit chips.
